Article XVIII:  Dock Assignments

-All dock bids are on a seniority basis. Any member may keep his previous dock as long as he likes or bid on any open dock. Bidder with the greater boat seniority will have first choice.

-Members joining the club and docking outside the club who wish a dock at CBC start boat seniority as of the date of acceptance into the club.

-Permanent and temporary bidding are the only methods by which a dock may be occupied.

-A member may give up his or her permanent dock without losing their seniority.
